North Hill City Resort opens
North Hill City Resort, a new five-star luxury resort near Chiang Mai, has opened its doors. Catering for business and leisure travellers alike, the boutique, 42-guestroom resort will offer a sophisticated and contemporary setting with sweeping views of Doi Suthep, in close proximity to the new North Hill Golf Course.
Located 20 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport and downtown Chiang Mai, North Hill City Resort’s location allows for quick access to the region’s natural, cultural and regional attractions including Kadfaring Village, Ban-Tawai and Royal Park Rajapruek.

Inspired by the environs of the region, the resort will feature a fresh, contemporary design surrounded by green space, nature, and views of Doi-Sothep in the distance. Maximising outdoor spaces, the property will feature an expansive outdoor amphitheatre with a swimming pool and pool bar.
42 modern guestrooms will incorporate a contemporary design and neutral tones, while amenities will include a large flat screen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, 500 thread-count white bed linens, bathrooms with a large soaking tub, and a workspace area with a wooden desk. Additionally, guests at the resort will have access to complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and a fitness centre with state-of-the-art cardio equipment.
The property’s new Italian restaurant, The Zest, will serve up authentic Italian dishes with a Thai flare. With a modern and intimate design, the restaurant will feature unique menu items such as Spaghetti with Seafood and Black Squid Ink and international wines to be enjoyed overlooking the North Hill River.
