Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem to open in Turkey
Radisson Hospitality AB has announced the signing of the Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem Istanbul in Turkey.
Located within the Avrupa Tem Residential Complex, the 140-key property will open by the end of the year following a partial renovation. The residence will comprise a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as a gym, spa and indoor swimming pool.
Süleyman Çetinsaya, the property investor, says: “We are glad to further extend our relationship with Radisson Hotel Group (RHG). After the successful launches in Kayseri and Vadistanbul together, we are confident that this new project will be another success and will further demonstrate the quality of service and brand recognition that Radisson brings in Turkey and globally.”
The development will be a 30-minute drive from the new Istanbul Airport and close-by to some of the city’s main business districts, attracting guests that are travelling for both business and pleasure.
