Steigenberger announce Dubai hotel
Steigenberger has announced a new five-star property at Business Bay in Dubai, due to open in October 2015.
The announcement comes shortly after plans were released for its InterCityHotel Culture Village in Dubai, slated to open at the end of 2017, highlighting Steigenberger’s emergence into the United Arab Emirates market.
Located at the heart of the city, a short distance from the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper, the Steigenberger-managed hotel is both close to Dubai’s historic old quarter and the modern Dubai Mall.
The hotel will feature 365 guestrooms and suites, five restaurants providing a wide range of cuisines, plus a banqueting and conference area. A spa and fitness area will feature a rooftop pool and present panoramic views across the city.

The hotel in Dubai is symbolic of our growing international presence at strategically important locations.”
Steigenberger will operate the hotel under a management agreement with Twenty14 Holdings, the hospitality arm of LuLu Group International.
