The June Motel has launched its third outpost in Canada, nestled along the banks of the Beaver River. 

The June Motel brand, founded by friends April Brown and Sarah Sklash, was born out of a shared affinity for discovering new places, and bold, feminine designs. Each motel embodies a retro beach town feel, with cosy country charm felt across three locations in Prince Edward County, Sauble Beach and now Beaver Valley. 

Designed by Ashley Montgomery Design – a Toronto-based interior designer specialising in vintage and modern eclectic interiors – the newly-opened property is inspired by The June’s signature retro-femme look, infused with a cosy charm. 

The June Beaver River – the brand’s first four-season offering – provides a boutique motel experience across eight king-sized rooms. The motel features curated spaces and facilities like a stone fireplace parlour, with cosy reading nooks and games, a studio for yoga and events, a riverside patio with bonfires and a barrel sauna.
