The Oberoi Marrakech slated for December launch
The Oberoi Group has set an opening date of December 2019 for its new property in Marrakech.
Oberoi Marrakech is situated within 28 acres of landscaped gardens, citrus orchards and olive groves, and 25 minutes away from Djema el-Fna square and the ancient walled city. The hotel’s design takes cues from classical Moroccan architecture with the main building’s courtyard incorporating features from famed monument Medersa Ben Youssef, dating back to the 14th century.
The 84-key hotel comprises a mix of rooms, suites and villas, 76 of which have private pools and gardens. Three on-site restaurants seek to provide diverse international and Moroccan culinary experiences, whilst a bar and terrace will overlook gardens and the Atlas Mountains. Other facilities will include a spa with an indoor pool and hammam, a 300m² function room and a series of smaller meeting rooms.
