Singapore’s hotel market is poised for a steady rebound over the coming years as border restrictions continue to ease and vaccination programmes roll out worldwide. The city-state boasts a robust pipeline comprising both boutique projects and powerhouses from key international players such as Marriott and Accor.

According to pipeline data collected by Tophotelprojects, 21 projects totalling 8,375 rooms are currently in the works for Singapore. Of the new arrivals, 10 will join the five-star segment, while 10 will occupy the four-star category with one three-star project on the boards.

The database indicates that no fewer than eight projects are scheduled to open before the end of the year, nine are slated for 2023, one on the way in 2024 and two are on course to debut in 2025.
