Vintry & Mercer, a new 92-key independent hotel by the team behind South Kensington’s The Ampersand Hotel, is set to open in London’s Historic Vintry Ward.

Set for a 2018 opening, the property will feature five guestroom categories and three distinct F&B destinations. Inspired by the past of its site – where vintners once traded fine wines and mercers fine silks – the hotel will pay homage to two of the city’s most famous guilds whilst incorporating design elements including glass-panelled balconies.

Set to offer business and leisure guests a hotel where historic charm meets contemporary elegance, Vintry & Mercer will join the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection upon completion.
