W Hotels prepares to debut in Edinburgh
W Hotels is set to make its debut in Scotland in November 2023 as W Edinburgh opens its doors. Located in the heart of the city’s St James Quarter, the new hotel will comprise 199 rooms and 45 suites, designed by Jestico + Whiles.
Guestrooms have been designed to embody the best of Scotland, with locally-rooted influences and creative collaborations throughout.
On the hotel’s top floors will be a number of food and beverage venues, including a W Lounge serving up Gaelic cuisine, a SushiSamba restaurant, Joao’s Place cocktail bar and terrace, chef’s table and an outdoor terrace, offering 360-degree views of the city.

Public spaces in W Edinburgh will include a Sound Suite for use by musicians and podcasters, while a spa and fitness centre are also set to find home in the new hotel.
