William Gray hotel collaborations
Forthcoming Montreal boutique hotel William Gray has announced in-house collaborations with two local establishments, Café Olimpico and OTH (Off The Hook).
Located in St. Vincent, in the centre of Old Montreal, William Gray will launch in Summer 2016. The hotel will host outlets of the café and clothes retailer side by side on the first floor. By collaborating with these local establishments, William Gray’s goal is to offer locals and travellers a comfortable, stylish and captivating hotel experience that reflects the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
Finding influence in its location, and combining local community spirit with forward-thinking hotel design, William Gray will feature Café Olimpico and OTH alongside its 127 guestrooms and suites, over 10,000 ft2 of event space, a 180-seat restaurant, a rooftop terrace, and a luxury spa with outdoor pool.
Café Olimpico will be installed in the hotel lobby, with its European inspired coffee, espresso drinks and pastries available on arrival. Olimpico has served up high quality coffee since its inception in 1970, and prides itself on a friendly and vibrant atmosphere.
Next door, Off The Hook will offer guests a limited edition collection of contemporary clothes, accessories and footwear with an urban appeal and sleek aesthetic, influenced by the city’s vibrant downtown culture and featuring collaborations with Adidas, Vans, and RAINS.
By incorporating these local establishments into its property and joining forces with two of the city’s foremost tastemakers, William Gray aims to honour the culture of the city and simultaneously promote the collaborative community of Montreal. Through this approach to hospitality and retail, the hotel plans to provide comfort and luxury with an authentic local spirit.
