The Time Nyack debuts

The second Time Hotels collection property, The Time Nyack, is set to debut in the Hudson Valley.

Housed in a historic four-storey former factory turned recording studio, The Time Nyack melds art and history, with a strong dash of urban energy, and honours the direction of the original Time Hotel in New York City. The lobby is dotted with modern artwork and finished with a jewel-box front desk.

In a nod to the building’s industrial roots, The Time Nyack’s 133 guestrooms and suites are infused with loft-style aesthetic, with high ceilings, large windows, and imaginative design. Private balconies blur the line between indoors and out, with views of the Hudson River and Tappan Zee Bridge upon request. Amenities include Frete linens and bathrobes, C.O. Bigelow bath and body amenities, Tesla charging stations, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and meeting and event spaces.

A lounge-style pool deck will provide guests an area to relax with poolside entertainment and a smoothie bar from 150-seat on-site restaurant BV’s Grill, sister property to the famed Bobby Van’s Steakhouse. A rooftop lounge with spectacular views of the Hudson River will be unveiled later this year.

Time Nyack is the only upscale, boutique hotel with loft-style accommodations in Rockland County and is located in the Hudson River Valley, in close proximity to New York City. The first Time Hotels location was in the heart of Times Square, New York, and opened in 1999.

As part of the company’s multi-tiered brand development strategy, Dream Hotel Group transformed Time Hotels into an upper-upscale brand that caters to a clientele looking for progressively designed spaces, and forward-thinking dining options, in centrally located cities.
