Design Hotels appoints new Vice President, Global Brand Leader

Design Hotels has announced the appointment of Sarah Doyle as Vice President, Global Brand Leader.

Doyle brings with her a wealth of knowledge in brand strategy and transformation, having advanced some of the world’s most well-known travel and lifestyle brands over the course of more than 20 years.

Utilising her previous experience as Global Brand Director at W Hotels and VP of Marketing for Bacardi Europe, Doyle will lead Design Hotels into its fourth decade of operation, ensuring it continues to thrive as one of the industry’s most creative, boundary-breaking brands.

With a portfolio comprising more than 300 independently owned and operated design-led hotels, the company has established itself as one of travel’s most forward-thinking sales and marketing consultancies – renowned for its industry-leading expertise, thought-provoking collaborations and coveted brand content.

“Throughout my career, Design Hotels has been a brand that I have admired and that has continuously caught my eye with its design-forward hotels and steadfast commitment to leading the travel industry into the future,” says Doyle.

I am delighted to join such a creative, passionate and curious team, and am enjoying connecting with our global community of visionary hotel owners. I look forward to working in partnership with our Originals to bring our beautiful properties into focus and contribute to the group’s bright future.”

Doyle will support the team at the company’s headquarters in Berlin and will report to Managing Director, Jenni Benzaquen, who joined the brand in April 2021 to oversee the successful performance of the business and realise its vision for the future.
