Kristina Zanic Consultants has announced the appointment of Karen Hay as the new Managing Director for Asia – part of a strategy to strengthen its footprint in the region.  

With a distinguished career spanning thirty years and expertise in hospitality design, Hay will lead the interior design firm’s operations in Bangkok and Hong Kong. 

Bringing a wealth of international design experience across Europe and the Middle East, complemented by over two decades of specialised insight into the Asia Pacific region, Hay’s addition promises to elevate the studio’s profile within Asian markets. Her presence as a speaker at industry events and her involvement with the AHEAD judging panel meanwhile underscore her influential role within the design community.
