Monika Moser joins Campbell House as COO

Interior design firm Campbell House has appointed Monika Moser as its new Chief Operating Officer.

In her role, Moser will provide leadership, management and vision to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, procedures, systems and people in place to grow effectively grow as an organisation.

“In seeking to round out the leadership team for Campbell House, I knew we needed a player who embodied a respectful, constructive and energetic style while mastering global operational drivers,” says CEO Beth Campbell. “I needed to find a partner who could build up the team while working strategically alongside me on initiatives and would help foster a talent-first ecosystem driven by a cultural mindset of growth, transparency and transformation; and Monika Moser is that person. I am so excited that she has decided to join Campbell House as our COO and look forward to our continued partnership in changing the industry.”

A hotelier at heart with over 25 years of industry experience, Moser most recently served as Regional Managing Director for London, New York and Paris for interior design firm Wilson Associates. Prior to Wilson, she had worked for Hotel Le Fouquet’s Barriere in Paris, Shangri-La Hotel Paris, Hilton Worldwide and Four Seasons. Born in Venezuela with a German citizenship and raised in various countries in South America and Europe, Moser understands different cultures, contributing to an inclusive management style.
