The Ann Savannah has opened its doors, marking the first mainland US location of Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy and Savannah’s first aparthotel.

The Ann Savannah offers 157 premium apartment-style units designed for every lifestyle, ranging from refined studio suites to expansive four-bedroom lofts. Each suite is equipped to provide a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for families, groups, and solo travellers alike.
The property blends traditional elements with a modern touch, welcoming guests to feel right at home with premium amenities such as full-sized kitchens, in-room laundry, and pet-friendly living spaces.
The Ann’s design delivers modern comforts inspired by Savannah’s historic architecture. The heavy timber building is the first of its kind in the Southeast and has been recognised for its sustainable construction. Natural wood beams, columns, and ceilings infuse warmth and character throughout the property.
Savannah’s rich history also inspired the hotel’s central passageway, which evokes the city’s cobblestone streets, connecting guests to both the scenic Historic District and surrounding vibrant creative hub.
