Grecotel announces Lux Me concept
White Palace, a Grecotel resort, has announced plans for a new luxury service concept titled Lux Me. Combining a 24-hour mobile concierge, new sea view accommodation, all-inclusive dining and new restaurants, activities and entertainment elements, Lux Me will offer guests a dedicated level of service within a single package.
The programme will see designated staff members available on WhatsApp to assist 24/7, as well as a daily stocked mini-bar and luxury amenities case free of charge. Meanwhile, White Palace’s new Yali Suites, a series of beachfront guestrooms dressed in the resort’s signature shades of white, will offer uninterrupted ocean views. Elsewhere, the Elixir Beauty Spa will provide personalised treatments alongside massage rooms, a relaxation area and a fully equipped gym.
Situated on the Cretan Riviera at Rethymno, White Palace features landscaped exteriors, an entrance gallery and open-air interiors that define the property.
