Ikos Resorts has revealed a first look at Ikos Andalusia, set to open in April 2021.

Following a total investment of 180 million euros, the brand carried out a complete renovation of the Princess Hotel in Estepona, working alongside a joint venture formed by Acciona and Sando.

Palm Lake Boulevard

Comprising 411 guestrooms, 4,000m2 of swimming pools and extensive gardens, Ikos Andalusia offers a relaxing oasis on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Situated between the cosmopolitan centre of Marbella and the historic city of Estepona, the new hotel will become the fifth resort in the Ikos Resorts’ award-winning collection of luxury, all-inclusive hotels, and the brand’s first resort in Spain.

Main Bar

The property will invite guests to enjoy an all-inclusive concept, including a la carte menus curated by Michelin-starred chefs, a choice of 200 wine labels, beach waiter service, complimentary kids’ clubs, and 24-hour room service. Guests can also explore the area with use of a Mini car for one full day and make use of a Dine Out initiative for local restaurants, museum tickets and passes to play golf – all included as part of the stay.
