Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of Radisson Red Newcastle, set to open in 2023.

Located within The High Street Group’s £120m Strawberry Place development, One St James’, the new hotel will comprise 200 guestrooms, a restaurant, a sky bar, an al fresco roof space, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, meeting spaces and a gym. The interiors – featuring upbeat, colourful rooms – have been designed to reflect Newcastle’s personality.

Radisson Red is an upscale hotel brand that injects new life into hotels with its vibrant social scene and bold design. Occupying properties in urban locations – such as Newcastle – Radisson Red offers guests the opportunity to switch effortlessly between business and leisure.
