Sir Hotels, the boutique hotel collection started in 2013, has launched Sir Explore, an initiative comprising location-specific bespoke tours and workshops. From March 2018, the group will give guests access to unique local experts – from cooking classes in Ibiza with former Noma chef Boris Buono to an Amsterdam nightlife experience with Jackson Romjin – with each host leading a Sir Explore experience tied to the surrounding community and culture.

Ranging in price, style and duration, the programmes will be offered in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Ibiza, with Sir Explore currently offering 9 experiences in total.

Seeking to provide a fresh take on local food, art, music, wellness and history, additional excursions include a boat tour down Hamburg’s Elbe River with photographer Ivo Von Renner, and a four-hour ceramics class with a local Ibiza artisan.
