W Hotels will expand its Mediterranean presence with the opening of W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu in August 2025.
Overlooking the Marina dell’Orso in the Sardinian village of Poltu Quatu, the hotel will feature 154 guestrooms and suites, Tanit seafood restaurant, a beach club accessible by boat, signature W Lounge, poolside Wet Deck, Away Spa and Fit Fitness centre.
Inspired by the locale, the design scheme is characterised by pastel natural colours and handcrafted wood and stone elements, bringing to life the rich history of the island, reimagined with a modern and bold twist.
Operated by Marriott International under the spirited W Hotels brand, W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu is owned by asset management company Castello Sgr, and controlled by Anima Group.
